Why RolliBot Sometimes make a pitch noise when docking?

If the pitch noise is short and robot is docking fine. That is normal, it is the Rubber friction sound when the RolliBot is trying to adjust its position. If the it keeps making any kind of noise, please contact your retailer for further services.

Why did my RolliBot start cleaning again during a time that I did not schedule it?

Your RolliBot has an auto-recharge and resume feature. If the robot needs to recharge before it completes cleaning your house, it will go back to the charge base to charge. Once it is charged, it will automatically go back to finish where it left off. So while it may seem like it has started when you have not schedule it, it is actually just going back to finish the job.

What floor surfaces can RolliBot vacuum?

Your RolliBot robot can clean all floor types including carpet, tile, laminate and hardwood floors. RolliBot will have difficulty with thick shag rugs or carpet we recommend that carpet and rug fibers be 15mm / 0.6 in or less. RolliBot may also have trouble with carpet made of synthetic fiber, even if it is 15mm/ 0.6 in or less.
